What is Pipality?
Pipality is a cloud school management platform from Akasuya Pvt. Limited. It brings admissions, academics, attendance, exams, fees, staff, payroll and communication into one web dashboard, with mobile apps for students, parents, teachers and staff.
How do we get started?
Click "Register your school" and fill in your school and administrator details. Pipality creates your school workspace and sends your administrator login by email. You can then add classes and import students, teachers and staff from spreadsheets.
Is our school's data kept separate from other schools?
Yes. Every school gets its own database, separate from other schools. Within your school, roles and permissions control exactly what each person can see and change.
Are there apps for parents and teachers?
Yes. The Student & Parent app shows timetables, attendance, homework, results, fees and announcements. The Staff app lets teachers take attendance, manage lessons and assignments, enter results, apply for leave and view payslips.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Schools connect their own payment gateway account, so fee payments go directly to the school, and parents get a receipt immediately.
Do we get a website for our school?
Yes. With Website Management, your school gets a public website with your branding, gallery, announcements, FAQs and an online admission form.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade your package or buy add-ons from the Subscription section of your dashboard as your school grows.
